The top individual finisher for SBVC placed 19th on the 5000 meter course, freshman Fernanda Rodriguez (Jurupa Valley Rubidoux) with a time of 18:57.5.
SBVC grabbed 430 points at this event, finishing 12 points ahead of Pasadena College and 352 points behind winner Mt. Sac, the SoCal Championships was held at Woodward Park in Fresno.

The next highest finisher for SBVC was freshman Pandora Mondragon (Fontana Jurupa Hills) placing 21st with a time of 19:04.7. Placing 114th place was freshman Jessica Hernandez (Rialto W.A. Carter) with a time of 20:44.4

Finishing 134th was sophomore Adrianna Contreras (Fontana Jurupa Hills) with a time of 21:07.8 and Citlaly Garcia (San Bernardino Cajon) wrapped up the SBVC finishers with a time of 21:24.1, placing 142nd.

Competing, but out of the top five for SBVC was freshman Jennifer Granados (Jurupa Valley Patriot) who finished in 162nd place with a time of 22:15.3.
