Assistant Coach

Coach Carter joins the SBVC Women's Soccer coaching staff for the 2019 season, bringing experience as a coach and player to the squad.

He graduated with a bachelors degree from Cal Baptist in 2015, and earned a masters in sports management in 2016, also from Cal Baptist, and has been a competitive soccer coach since 2012. Besides coaching at SBVC, he is also the head coach of the varsity team at Great Oak High School and a coach with the Murrieta Surf Soccer club.

A four-year varsity player at Calvary Chapel-Murrieta, he had his jersey number retired at the school after earning all-league selections all four years, including first-team choices three times. He was the league's offensive player of the year as a senior. After redshirting at Oral Roberts University, he returned home, where he as a Pacwest Scholar-Athlete selection from 2013-2015 while at Cal Baptist.

Born in Wildomar, he is married with one son. Both of his older sisters played collegiately at Biola University. He is a supporter of Manchester United and the LA Galaxy on the pitch, and also follows to Anaheim Ducks, Oakland Raiders, New York Yankees and LA Lakers.
