Sophomore Caityln Sauceda capped off her two years at San Bernardino Valley College with three goals in the postseason was named to the 2019 United Soccer Coaches All-West Region Team.

This award is the latest honor for the San Bernardino Cajon High School graduate. She was an all-conference selection in her two seasons at SBVC, earning the Pacific Coast Athletic Conference offensive player of the year in 2018. And this is the second straight season she has earned this honor from the United Soccer Coaches. She was also selected to the California Community College Soccer Coaches Association All-State team both seasons at SBVC.

In two years at SBVC, Sauceda posted 24 goals and 16 assists. In 2019, five of her 10 goals were game-winners, while converting on all four of her attempts from the penalty spot.
