Jeffory Phelps, who spent his last two years running cross country and track at San Bernardino Valley College, will continue his collegiate career at Humboldt State University.

Phelps finished the 2019 cross country season strong for the Wolverines. After finishing sixth (behind five teammates) at the Inland Empire Athletic Conference championships with a time of 22 minutes, 14 seconds, he was the Wolverines' number three finisher at the state championships, crossing the line at 21:40.8, good for 44th overall.

Phelps, a Redlands Citrus Valley High School graduate, will enroll at Humboldt for the fall semester, majoring in business.
