More Wolverines Headed to Four-Year Schools

San Bernardino Valley College defensive back Montre Moore made it official Tuesday, signing his national letter of intent to join the Missouri Southern State University football team this year, becoming the latest member of the Wolverines to make their college choice after a successful 2019 season.

Moore, a graduate of San Bernardino's San Gorgonio High School, had 58 tackles and five sacks in the 2019 season for the Wolverines, and will join fellow Wolverine Trey Edwards, who signed in December, at MSSU next season.

But Moore was only the latest player to sign, as many other players from SBVC have already signed and transferred to the school of their choice.

Other SBVC players to move on are:

  •  Cornerback Riley Chado (Rancho Cucamonga Etiwanda) -- Southwest Minnesota State
  •  Free safety David Pollard (Riverside Notre Dame) -- Lake Erie College
  •  Cornerback Jhalen Haynes (Moreno Valley Canyon Springs) -- Kansas Wesleyan University
  •  Safety Jaiden Roe (Riverside Notre Dame) -- University of Long Island
  •  Defensive Back Ezekial Zaragoza (Ontario Christian) -- Oklahoma State University
  •  Kicker/Punter Ben Falck (Perris Citrus Hill) -- University of Hawaii
