Rally Falls Shorts for Wolverines Against MSJC

The San Bernardino Valley College women's volleyball team saved two game points in the third set Tuesday, but could not find a way to get the final point, as they fell to Mt. San Jacinto 25-13, 25-17, 27-25.

SBVC, playing with only eight players dressed for the game, had troubles out of the gate against the second place Eagles. But the third set saw the team coming together and clicking, leading several times in the see-saw match.

Savanna Aguilar led the way for the Wolverines, converting 15 of her 31 kill attempts, whilefront row specialist Savannah Carter had six kills in 12 attempts, adding two block assists.

The Wolverines close out their Pacific Coast Athletic Conference North Division play at 5 p.m. Friday at home against Miramar.
