SBVC Women’s Volleyball has a hard time with the Rams, 3-0

SBVC (6-15; 2-7) put together a fantastic first set, struggled in the second set and played a back-and-forth final set, but in the end the Victorville Victor Valley Rams (15-6; 9-0) took the match in three, 25-15; 25-15; 25-14.

Sophomore outside hitter Lashay Cason (Fontana Summit) collected nine kills and eleven digs and freshman outside hitter Cara Littlefield (Grand Terrace H.S.) grabbed two service aces and 20 digs on the night.

Sophomore setter Jessica Socha (Riverside Martin Luther King, Jr.) had 40 set assists and three service aces and freshman outside hitter Margarita Solis (Fontana H.S.) took three kills and four digs.

Freshman libero Karina Solis (Fontana H.S.) collected 18 digs and freshman middle blocker Taylor Perkins (Rialto H.S.) had two kills.

The final game for the 2014 season for SBVC will be on Friday, November 14 at 5:30 p.m. at Cerro Coso.
