SBVC grabbed first place in four events and so did the Cuyamaca Coyotes and the Palomar Comets, the Chaffey Panthers finished in fourth place with three first place finishes at the SBVC 4-way meet on February 20.
SBVC also collected wins in four Women's events, including the 100 Meter Hurdles, the 400 Meter Hurdles, the 4x400 Meter Relay and the Javelin Throw.
Taking the victory in the 100 Meter Hurdles was freshman Briana Mcfield (Rialto W.A. Carter) with a time of 17.38 and in the 400 Meter Hurdles, the winner was freshman Cara Littlefield (Grand Terrace H.S.) who also plays on the SBVC Women's Volleyball team.
Sophomore Tiffani King (San Bernardino Temple Learning Center) collected with win in the Javelin Throw with a distance of 29.97 meters.
