SBVC Women's Soccer: Pacific Coast Conference Champions

With a 1-0 win on the road at Mt. San Jacinto College on Friday November 11, 2016, the Valley women secured first place in the Pac-Coast North Conference. The team's 17th shutout of the year concluded an incredible regular season for the Wolverines.

With the title, Valley has secured a home game in the 1st Round of the Southern California Regional Playoffs. The conference championship is the 5th consecutive (8th overall) for the Wolverines and Head Coach Kristin Hauge, in addition to the 11 consecutive appearances in the SoCal Regional Playoffs.

"Entering the new conference and winning the PCAC south division title is an incredible accomplishment. I am very proud of the hard work and effort that our players put in not only this season but every season. The consistency through the years is a testament to every player dedicating themselves to be the very best, day in and day out," states the 12 year Wolverines Head Coach Kristin Hauge.

Friday's victory improved Valley's record to 17-1-3 overall while the Wolverines closed the PCAC play with a 13-0-3 record and a 7-0-3 record in North Division play.
