In a tightly contested final held at Mission Bay Park the SBVC Cross Country team held off Cuyamaca the 4th ranked team in Southern California to claim the Pacific Coast conference title defeating their nearest compettitor 23-34.

 The SBVC Men's Cross Country's team was led by sophomore Luis Ortega (Fontana Jurupa Hills) and sophomore Michael Teran (Fontana Jurupa Hills)  placing first and second posting times of 20:41 and 20:46. Their teamates followed closely behind were sophomore David Hughes (Redlands East Valley) placed 5th with a time of 21:09 and sophomore Erubey Camacho (Colton H.S.) placed 7th with a time of 21:24.

Wraping up the team's top five was sophomore Christian Sharp (Redlands East Valley) who placed 8th with a time of 21:31. By time the time the race had finshed San Bernadino Valley had 6 of it's runners make all confernce as Sophomore Josue Lopez (Jurupa Valley Rubidoux) snagged the last spot finshing in 15th place with a time of 22:10.
